No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Orders

Our products – especially the 3D-printed Focus Rings – are individually manufactured according to the measurements provided by the customer. They are therefore clearly tailored to personal requirements and are exempt from the legal right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 (1) Z 3 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). A cancellation or return is therefore not possible once production has started.

Goodwill Policy: Fit Guarantee

We want to make sure your Focus Ring fits perfectly. If the ring does not fit your lens despite correct measurements, you will receive a free replacement ring with adjusted dimensions.

To prevent misuse, we require photo proof showing that the ring does not fit correctly (e.g., caliper on the lens). Please send the photo with a short description to b.see@curlyheadmedia.com.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong product. We will review the case promptly and provide a free replacement if applicable.
