1. General Information

All orders are processed and shipped from Vienna, Austria. We place great importance on careful packaging and efficient order handling. The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and seasonal factors.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are usually shipped with Österreichische Post AG or GLS. In some cases, we reserve the right to select an equivalent alternative carrier.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Estimated delivery times: AT 2–4 business days, EU 4–10 business days, International 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance and local handling).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are **calculated dynamically in Shopify Checkout** and displayed before payment. The calculation is based on destination, product weight/size, and selected shipping method. As carrier rates may change, we do not list fixed prices here.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link (if available).

7. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the EU, country-specific customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority for details.

8. Transfer of Risk & Transport Damage

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Any visible transport damage must be reported to the carrier and to us within 48 hours at b.see@curlyheadmedia.com.

9. Local Pickup

Personal pickup in Vienna is possible by appointment only.

10. Returns

Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please do not send packages without prior approval or postage due.
