In short: If you order or book with us, these rules apply. For everything. For everyone. No exceptions – unless we tell you otherwise.
What we promise — and what we don't
A handshake isn't enough — here's how it becomes official
In short: You send an inquiry, we make an offer, you say yes – deal. Only when both sides agree, it’s a contract.
Let's talk money
In short: Prices are in the quote. Please pay on time. Until paid, the material still belongs to us.
From shoot to final approval
Who owns what?
Fun Fact: Under Austrian copyright law, protection lasts until 70 years after the creator's death. Your grandchildren can still argue about it.
In short: We shoot the film, but the copyright stays with us. You get a usage license – what’s included is in the contract.
Creativity needs room to breathe
When plans change
In short: Plans change? No problem – but please in writing. Cancellation may incur fees. Fair is fair.
What we need from you
What we're (not) liable for
In short: We’re liable for major mistakes. Not for small stuff. And if you give us material that causes problems, that’s on you.
Where we (hopefully never) meet in court
In short: If there’s trouble (hopefully never), we settle it in Vienna under Austrian law.
If a paragraph doesn't survive
In short: If one clause becomes invalid, the rest still applies. The broken part gets replaced with something similar.
Sometimes we bring in reinforcements
When the work is done
Borrow, don't steal
Director's Commentary: Please return the equipment clean. We see everything. We have cameras.
In short: Renting our equipment? Treat it like your own. Broken = you pay. Late return = extra costs.
Your rights as a consumer

Director's Commentary: Yes, we actually had to postpone a production due to unforeseen events. No zombies, but close.
In short: Pandemic, storm, zombie apocalypse? We’ll reschedule. Nobody’s fault.
