As a consumer ordering from our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Business customers (B2B) are generally not covered by this statutory right of withdrawal.
This withdrawal policy is provided in German as the legally binding version. The English interface is for navigation purposes only.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.
For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.
14 days. Not 14 business days. Not 14 working days. Just 14 days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement is sufficient (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below — but you don't have to.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
The refund will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functionality.
(In other words: inspecting and testing as you would in a store — fine. Intensive "field-testing" — not so much.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
