TERMS AND CONDITIONS — DIGITAL FILES 1. Seller and scope Focus Rings is a brand of CURLYHEAD Media GmbH, Doblhoffgasse 7 Top 6A, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Company register FN 612823k, Commercial Court of Vienna, VAT ID ATU80011602. Contact: b.see@focusrings.at. These terms apply to consumer and business orders in the Focus Rings shop. Our print service is paused. Digital products do not include printed parts, screws, nuts or other hardware. 2. Product and technical requirements You receive the file or file package described before purchase, generated from your configuration. Check dimensions, variant, motor, lettering and quantities before payment. The preview illustrates the model. To use STL files, you need software to extract ZIP archives, a suitable slicer and a compatible 3D printer or printing service. Material, print settings and measurement tolerances affect fit. Product-specific printing and assembly instructions are included in the package. The models are camera accessories and are not intended for safety-critical or load-bearing use. 3. Ordering and contract You can edit or remove items in your cart. Products, total price, taxes and contract terms are shown before payment. Selecting the final payment button submits a binding offer to purchase. We accept your offer through the contract confirmation sent after successful payment. An unsuccessful payment does not create a paid order. The contract language is English. You receive an email containing your order details, the accepted version of these terms and withdrawal information in a form you can save. Please keep the confirmation and your files. Orders are accessible through the protected order link or email access recovery. 4. Prices, taxes and payment Payments are in euros. Displayed consumer prices include the VAT shown. Digital files have no shipping charge. The total confirmed at checkout is binding. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods offered there. For cross-border digital services to EU businesses, reverse charge may apply after business status and a valid VAT ID have been checked. Austrian supplies are charged with Austrian VAT. Invoices are provided electronically. Purchases are one-off payments, not subscriptions. 5. Delivery The file is generated before payment becomes available. After successful payment and sending the contract confirmation, the download is released on your order page. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us with your order number so we can resolve it. Access is protected; files do not contain copy protection. Do not share access links. Download your package and keep your own backup. Statutory obligations concerning supply, conformity and updates remain unaffected. 6. Licence and fit correction After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the purchased files for your own camera equipment and to print your own test and replacement parts. This includes professional use of your own equipment. A printing service you commission may print the parts for you but may not reuse or distribute the files. Sharing, publishing or reselling the files, and selling parts made from them, are not permitted. Premium ring files include one personally reviewed fit correction for the same lens within 30 days of payment. Send your order number, measurements and a description of the problem. This is an additional service: your statutory rights concerning defects remain independent and are not limited by this time period or service scope. 7. Withdrawal and statutory rights Consumers have the rights described in the separate withdrawal notice. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may end early when supply begins, subject to the conditions stated there. Businesses do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Statutory warranty rights, including those under the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act for consumer contracts, and statutory rights to damages remain unaffected. If there is a defect, contact us with your order number and a description. Statutory remedies to bring the content into conformity and, where applicable, reduce the price or terminate the contract are not replaced by our voluntary fit correction service. 8. Applicable law Austrian law applies. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence and their statutory rights concerning court jurisdiction. These terms do not establish mandatory participation in an out-of-court dispute settlement procedure. You can send complaints directly to the contact address above.
