Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS — DIGITAL CONTENT Your right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the date the contract was concluded. To exercise this right, inform CURLYHEAD Media GmbH (Focus Rings), Doblhoffgasse 7 Top 6A, 1010 Vienna, Austria, email b.see@focusrings.at, of your decision through a clear statement. For example, you may send a letter or email, or use the model withdrawal form below. Using the model form is not required. To meet the deadline, send your statement before the withdrawal period ends. You can also withdraw without logging in at https://focusrings.at/widerruf#online: select “Withdraw from contract”, enter your name, contract details and email address, then select “Confirm withdrawal”. We will promptly email an acknowledgement containing your statement and the time it was received. You can specify individual items if you wish to withdraw from only part of your order. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement. After effective termination, you must stop using the withdrawn digital content and must not make it available to others. Early loss of the right for digital content For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends when performance begins only if you have expressly consented in advance to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this causes you to lose your right of withdrawal, and received the legally required contract confirmation. We request this consent separately at checkout. Statutory remedies for missing or defective supply remain unaffected.
